shape for her wedding consumed her so much she was able to quit and had
no more desire to smoke. Now, she's been married for a few
years and has no desire to smoke. She absolutely detests even
the though of smoking and feels so much better about her life and deals
with her stress in much healthier ways.
Now, having said that,
here is a cool tip that helped Alexa with
cravings:
Each time she really felt
like she could not resist
the urge she took out her stress ball and squeezed it slowly ten times,
counting to ten out loud and taking deep breaths. Then she
would get up and drink a big glass of water.
Try it and see if it helps you, if you really focus on your inner
strength using such techniques I know you can do it.
